How long have you been in business?

We have been supplying printed circuit boards since 1990.

Are you ISO9001: 2000 certified?

We have been ISO certified since 1996.

What other standards do you meet?

We are IPC 6012 Class 3 and MIL-PRF-55110 certified.

What information do I need to provide to get a price quote for my project?

We can never have too much information. At a minimum we need gerber data, generally in RS274x format, Excellon drill file, a detailed fabrication drawing, quantity and lead times.

How long will it take to get a quote?

We return domestic quotes the same day, usually within hours. Offshore quotes are generally returned within 24 hours.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Paypal.

Do you handle quick turnaround?

We specialize in quick turns. We can turn multilayer boards in as little as one day, but typically we build them in 3-5 days.

Can I get prototypes from you?

We have a very strong front end system and have capacity to handle several prototypes every day.

Do you run a separate line for prototypes and production?

No, we production tool everything. If your prototype turns into production, you won't incur any additional tooling charges.

What communication formats can you accept?

For Gerber: RS274D, RS274x (other formats may require additional charges)

For Prints: ACAD, DXF, HPGL

What is your record for "on time" delivery?

We strive for 100%, but currently run 97-99% on time.

What happens if the design changes while in process?

We are quite resourceful and may be able to incorporate the changes in process. If the changes are too drastic, we will be forced to restart the order.

How will my order be handled? Who is my contact?

All customers will have an Inside Account Manager to service them.

Do you outsource to Asia?

We have a very secure and established network of partners to handle your board needs from single sided to high technology multilayers with blind & buried vias and HDI work as well as flex and rigid flex. These sources are audited by Multicircuits on a yearly basis and Multicircuits assumes full responsibility for the product.

Can I track my order online?

How long are my files kept after the completion of my order?

We keep the electronic data backed-up at an offsite storage facility indefinitely.
